DISPONIBILITAT DELS PRODUCTES
Totes les comandes estan subjectes a disponibilitat. En cas de dificultat per fer entrega de la comanda per falta d’estoc, s’informarà al client a través d'un correu electrònic i se li facilitarà informació de productes substitutoris, i/o en cas de no voler-los es procedirà al reemborsament de la quantitat abonada.
PREU I PAGAMENT
El client accepta pagar a Mireia Sellarès la quantitat especificada en el moment de compra.
En cas de que hi hagi un error en el preu d’algun producte que ja hagi estat adquirit, ens posarem en contacte amb el client oferint la possibilitat de confirmar la comanda o anul·lar-la.
Els preus dels productes que s’ofereixen inclouen el 21% d'IVA.
Les despeses d’enviament no estan incloses en el preu del producte, però es desglossaran al final del procés de compra i se sumaran a l'import total que abonarà el client.
El pagament s’ha de realitzar prèviament al lliurement del producte, de manera que no s’efectuarà l’entrega fins que no s’hagi rebut el total del pagament, aquest es pot fer a través de:
– Targeta de crèdit, dèbit fent ús de la plataforma Stripe.
L’import dels diferents productes poden ser susceptibles a veure’s modificats, però en cap cas es veuran afectades aquelles comandes que ja han estat confirmades.
ENVIAMENTS
Les entregues es realitzen en un termini de 6 i 10 dies laborables quan el producte estigui en estoc, i durant la setmana, quedant exempts així els dissabtes i diumenges, i dies festius. Enviament amb número de seguiment per poder localitzar el paquet. Un cop feta la comanda, rebràs el número de seguiment per poder saber la ubicació del paquet en tot moment. Els enviaments es realitzen amb l'empresa TIPSA. Segura i ràpida.
En cas de que no es pogués complir amb la data d’entrega, se l’informarà degudament i li donarem la opció de seguir endavant amb una nova data, o pel contrari procedir al reembossament total del preu pagat.
REENVIAMENTS
Al ser enviament certificat t'has de trobar a casa en el moment de rebre la comanda. En cas contrari et deixaran una notificació. Quan el motiu de la impossibilitat de l’entrega vingui donada per errors en les dades d’enviament (adreça, telèfon o e-mail) s'haurà de reenviar el paquet pagant de nou l'import d'enviament. En ambdós casos els cost addicional d’aquests enviament aniran a càrrec del client.
Es realitzen enviaments a Espanya i països de la Unió Europea, en cas de voler l’enviament a una altre zona, poseu-vos en contacte.
DESPESES D’ENVIAMENT
5€ per comanda per enviaments a Espanya.
15€ per comanda per enviaments a Europa.
DEVOLUCIONS I CANVIS
No s'accepten canvis ni devolucions. Pel que fa a les samarretes, fixa't en el tallatge que apareix explicat al producte.
En cas que t'arribi el paquet en mal estat fes-m'ho saber escrivint un correu a [email protected] amb l'assumpte PROBLEMA ENVIAMENT.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

PRICE AND PAYMENT
The customer agrees to pay to Mireia Sellarès the amount specified at the time of purchase.

The prices of the products offered include 21% VAT.
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the product, but will be broken down at the end of the purchase process and will be added to the total amount to be paid by the customer.
Payment must be made prior to delivery of the product, so delivery will not be made until full payment has been received, this can be done through:

The amount of the different products may be subject to change, but in no case will those orders that have already been confirmed be affected.
SHIPMENTS
Deliveries to Spain are made within 6 to 10 working days when the product is in stock, and during the week, thus being exempt on Saturdays and Sundays, and public holidays. Shipment with tracking number to be able to locate the package. Once the order is shiped, you will receive the tracking number so you can know the location of the package at all times. Shippings to EU can take longer.
In the event that the delivery date cannot be met, you will be duly informed and we will give you the option to proceed with a new date, or on the contrary proceed to the full refund of the price paid.
FORWARDS
As it is a certified shipment, you must be at home at the time of receiving the order. Otherwise they will leave you a notification to go through emails. For the impossibility of delivery is given by errors in the shipping details (address, telephone or e-mail). In both cases, the additional cost of these shipments will be borne by the customer.
SHIPPING COSTS
€5 per order for shipments to Spain.
€15 per order for shipments to Europe.
RETURNS AND CHANGES
No exchanges or returns are accepted. For t-shirts, pay attention to the size of the product.
